Ghazal combines her legal expertise with a strong sense of humanity.
She doesn’t just aim to provide answers, but to truly understand what’s going on—and what is needed. In her work, she looks for solutions that fit the person behind the case. She explores underlying interests, looks beyond the initial question, and gradually builds her position as a committed and trustworthy advisor. The compass guiding her actions? Equal treatment, equal opportunities, and the right to a dignified life—even when that is not a given.
Ghazal also thrives on the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of her work. The complex and business-sensitive legal questions she deals with daily can have an impact on an entire municipality and all its residents. This calls for strategic, practical, and effective solutions that are not only legally sound but also contribute to achieving her clients’ goals.
Ghazal studied Law at Maastricht University, where she also completed her Master’s in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She has been practicing as a lawyer since 2022. In this role, she advises and litigates primarily on behalf of (semi-)public authorities, developers, and businesses in the field of administrative law in the broadest sense of the word. Ghazal has been with Boels Zanders since 2025.
