As a legal professional, Daphne enjoys diving deep into complex matters. She thrives on tackling legally intricate cases and doesn’t give up when answers aren’t immediately clear. In doing so, she not only helps clients move forward but also deepens her own understanding of how the world works—so she can support clients even better.

It’s precisely the human element that makes her area of expertise—employment law—so fascinating. She works with a diverse range of clients, both employers and employees. Representing their interests to the best of her ability, with clear and accessible advice, gives her great satisfaction.

Daphne graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Law from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. She then completed the pre-master in Law and—again cum laude—the Extended Master of Laws in Labour Law & Contract and Liability Law at Tilburg University. During her studies, she gained several years of experience as a (corporate) legal counsel in both the private and public sectors. Since 2025, she has been working at Boels Zanders. In addition, Daphne volunteers at the “Administratiecafé” in her local community, helping people with a wide range of administrative questions.
