Boels Zanders is affiliated with the Geschillencommissie Advocatuur Zakelijk (Business Legal Profession Disputes Committee) and the Geschillencommissie Advocatuur Consument (Consumer Legal Profession Disputes Committee).

The Geschillencommissie Advocatuur Consument addresses complaints from consumers against lawyers, such as issues regarding the quality of services or disputes over fees. The Geschillencommissie Advocatuur Zakelijk handles complaints from entrepreneurs against their own lawyers as well as complaints from lawyers against their clients.

You can contact the Geschillen Commissies Advocatuur for all disputes arising from the formation and execution of an assignment given to us, the quality of the services provided, alleged damages up to an amount of EUR 25,000, or the amount of the invoice.
