As a lawyer, Aniek focuses on solving problems. Not rigidly sticking to points of view and principles, but starting the conversation with the other party. In this way, she takes all interests into account during the negotiation while getting to the bottom of the legal issue.
She likes to point this out to clients: this way you often arrive at a result that is ultimately better for everyone. For her, this combination of social and legal aspects makes the profession so fascinating. As far as Aniek is concerned, clear communication and informal language are part of this. Thus, she helps clients move forward with realistic and practical advice.
Aniek studied Law at Radboud University, where she also completed her master’s degree in Civil Law. She was sworn in as a lawyer in 2024. Since 2025 she has been working at Boels Zanders, where she mainly deals with contracts and commercial disputes.
