Anne advocates for being allowed to be yourself. Standing up for who you are and working together based on respect and equality. Helping each other where necessary and complementing each other where possible. Seeing and using everyone’s talents and going for it together. And having the ability to work with humour even despite the serious substance of the case.
As an HR manager, she connects people and the organisation. Anne is the link between policy and implementation. She contributes to and collaborates on a multitude of projects, from minor queries to complex issues. She makes sure people feel they are being heard and able to develop to their full potential. In this way, she empowers her colleagues and Boels Zanders as a whole. This also benefits the firm’s clients.
Anne gained wide-ranging work experience during and after her studies at Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven (Human Resource Management) and Maastricht University (International Business). Besides her liaison role within Boels Zanders, she acts as a business partner who knows the organisation and its environment well and responds to important developments in and around the profession.
