Caspar enjoys providing clients and colleagues with complete and clear answers. He takes the time to listen and always returns to the core of the question. That creates calm and clarity, allowing space to make the right decision. Where necessary, he acts quickly and decisively.
His main interest lies in education law and administrative law. In these areas, individual and public interests often collide. Caspar seeks sustainable solutions that work for everyone involved: educational institutions, governments, citizens, students, and parents. That makes his work both challenging and meaningful.
Since 2023, Caspar has been part of Boels Zanders, within the Education team and the Administrative Law practice. He obtained his master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Maastricht University (cum laude), where he was active as a student assistant and in several participation bodies in higher education. This gave him close insight into the challenges within education — from scarcity and governance to culture and identity. In 2024, he co-founded Jong in het onderwijsrecht (“Young in Education Law”), a platform that brings together young education lawyers through knowledge and networking events.
