Working with clients is what makes the legal profession such a splendid profession for Elke. She therefore carefully builds good relationships so that she can work with clients to achieve their goals. Sometimes by strictly adhering to the legal rules, much more often by coming up with a practical solution for the client.

Openness and trust are essential in this respect. For the proper handling of a case, she must be able to rely on transparent cooperation with her client. And vice versa: the client must be able to rely on her professionalism and be willing to share all important information. In this way, they achieve the best result together.

Elke completed her Master of Laws with a specialisation in labour law at Tilburg University. She has frequently advised on individual dismissals, file building and sick employees. She also took basic mediator training at Merlijn Group and gained experience in social security law at the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV).  Elke has been working at Boels Zanders since 2023.
