For Erna, working within employment law means having consideration for people but being tough on the legal substance of the case. She advises clients on issues relating to employment and social security law, such as questions about privacy in the workplace or about own-risk bearer status.
Erna has extensive experience in the field of employment contracts and is regularly involved in litigation under employment law. She frequently advises on issues surrounding sick employees, reintegration and social security. In doing so, she ensures that interests are represented effectively and carefully in all cases.
Erna studied Dutch Law at Maastricht University and joined Boels Zanders as a lawyer in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, in addition to her work, she was a member of the board of the Roermond Young Bar Association.
