In employment law, his specialisation, the situations he encounters are often quite problematic. In these cases, the law is not his only tool, his creativity also comes into play. And as the world becomes increasingly complicated, so do the problems he solves. He tackles them in a practical and effective way, but above all with a human touch.
Jean-Luc focuses on areas of employment law, including individual and collective dismissal law, employee participation law and collective bargaining law. In his wide-ranging employment law practice, he advises national and multinational companies and institutions on terms and conditions of employment, reorganisations and restructurings, labour disputes and the position of the CEO.
In the Education sector, Jean-Luc works for universities, higher professional education institutions and primary and secondary schools. He is also involved in the Privacy and Germany expert groups. Jean-Luc has been a lawyer since 1995 and is a partner at our firm. From 2014 to 2018, he was chair of the Boels Zanders executive board. He went on to become specialisation leader within the Employment Law expert group for a considerable time.
