Administrative law is constantly evolving. Legal, administrative and social interests play a major role. This is what makes this area of law so interesting for Jeroen. As a lawyer, he looks for practical solutions to complex problems. He reduces legal challenges to effective and understandable advice, with an eye for administrative relationships. And always with the client’s interests in mind.
Jeroen advises and litigates for (semi-)public authorities, property developers and other companies in the field of administrative and environmental law, with a particular focus on environmental law. He also deals with enforcement law and specialised administrative law issues, for example in the area of road law.
Jeroen studied law at Tilburg University and obtained his master’s degree in constitutional and administrative law at Maastricht University. Jeroen was already associated with Boels Zanders as a trainee lawyer and legal assistant during and after his studies. He rejoined Boels Zanders again in 2024, after working as a lawyer for another lawfirm for several years.
