As a lawyer, Madelène specialises in corporate acquisitions, shareholder relations, joint ventures and corporate law. She assists (inter)national companies, family offices, investors and management teams, among others.
Madelène graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen in Notarial Law and Dutch Law, with a master’s degree in Civil Law (cum laude). In 2014, she started her career as a lawyer in the field of Corporate and Insolvency Law. She completed the Grotius course in Business Law cum laude. Madelène is also one of the founders and president of the VVV Venlo Young Business Club.
