Marie-Louise specialises in corporate acquisitions, shareholder relations and corporate structures. She is also a representative of ‘Future Advoc’ on behalf of Boels Zanders, part of our international network ADVOC.
Marie-Louise studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam and Maastricht University. She joined Boels Zanders in 2016. A few years later, she successfully completed the M&A specialisation course at the VU Law Academy.
