Maruca is an experienced labour law lawyer, consultant, negotiator and mediator. Down-to-earth and pragmatic, she solves organisational problems. She advises companies and foundations in devising and implementing strategic changes in their organisations during reorganisations and strategic processes. She is also experienced in employee participation law and advises both entrepreneurs and works councils.

Maruca has been an MfN Registered Mediator since 2007. As a mediator, she assists directors, supervisory boards and individual employees in conflict situations and their resolution. Preferably through timely advice or a constructive consultation, if necessary with the help of a third party. She also advises on the application and implementation of collective agreements and helps foreign clients in dealing with employment law issues.

Maruca is a member of the Healthcare sector team and is closely involved in International expertise. She also lectures on labour law. She is a current and former board member of several associations and foundations, including co-founder of the Dutch Labour Lawyers Association (VAAN). Maruca is a partner and has been working at Boels Zanders since 1991.
