As a lawyer, Nadieh is a great believer in simplicity and creativity. Not needlessly taking a litigious approach matters, but using ingenuity and an uncomplicated solution to achieve the desired goal. After all, this will benefit the client more than a legally complicated conflict.
In the process, she is happy to put herself second. What counts is not what Nadieh thinks is the best result, but what makes the client happy. Ultimately, this is also the most satisfying: seeing clients genuinely happy with her involvement and finding support in her knowledge and expertise.
Nadieh completed her master’s degree in labour and health law at Maastricht University. A specialist in labour and social security law, she advises and litigates on a wide variety of issues. Nadieh has been working at Boels Zanders since 2023.
