It’s not the journey, but the destination that counts. This applies to many things in life, including the legal profession. Finding a pragmatic solution: that’s what it’s all about for Ralph. Not making the problem bigger than it is, but working with colleagues and business owners to reduce it to its core. Ultimately, this leads to satisfied clients.
Ralph advises and litigates for shareholders, directors and companies in the areas of financing and securities, insolvency and the structuring and restructuring of companies and various types of joint ventures. As the contact person for the Food and Agri expert group, he acts as a sounding board and relationship manager for companies in that sector.
Ralph works as a court-appointed bankruptcy trustee in Limburg on a regular basis. He was involved in settling the bankruptcies of Zinvest Fashion and Brabant Alucast, among others. He joined Boels Zanders in 2008 and is now a partner. Ralph completed the Grotius specialisation programme in Insolvency Law and the specialisation programme in Financial Economics for Insolvency Lawyers at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is a member of INSOLAD, the Dutch professional association for insolvency lawyers.
