As a specialist in corporate law, Sjors likes to clarify what is possible and what is impossible in terms of legal issues. He listens to his clients’ requirements, builds trust and gets down to work with ambition and efficiency. The variety in cases and clients means that he’s learning something new every day, both about the profession and about people. In this way, he is constantly bringing out the best in himself and in others.
Sjors Kessels is involved in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Financing expert groups. In financing practice, he combines structure with freedom and risk mitigation with flexibility. This is how he adds the most value and achieves the best results for his clients.
Sjors obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law from Maastricht University and a master’s degree in Dutch Law (specialising in Corporate Law) from Radboud University Nijmegen. During his studies, he was a member of the board of student organisation NSO Eques. Sjors has been working as a lawyer at Boels Zanders since 2020.
