Are you a customer of Dedert IJs BV? In that case, it is essential to determine whether Dedert IJs still holds any ready-to-ship products for you. If so, an appointment will be scheduled with you shortly to discuss the sale of these products. It is important to note that physical delivery will be arranged as soon as possible, and separate arrangements will be made with you by the trustee regarding this sale. If no stock is currently held for you, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to produce new stock.

2. Suppliers (creditors)
Do you have a claim against Dedert IJs BV and/or ERWEDA BV? You can submit your claim via the designated website/link: https://sfvonline.nl/zelfhelp/registreren/2710 (Dedert IJs BV) en https://sfvonline.nl/zelfhelp/registreren/2729 (ERWEDA BV).
You can upload relevant supporting documents, such as:
- An overview of outstanding invoices;
- The underlying agreement;
- Applicable general terms and conditions.
If you are asserting retention of title (retentierecht) or the right of reclamation (reclamerecht), please explicitly indicate this when submitting your claim. Currently, no third-party property will be used, as the business activities are suspended. Additionally, the court has imposed a cooling-off period (afkoelingsperiode). During this cooling-off period, you cannot retrieve any goods that belong to you and are located at the bankrupt company. We are currently in the process of mapping out the inventory positions and will get back to you as soon as we can.
Since a business restart is not feasible, priority will now be given to the settlement of retention of title claims and other third-party rights. The trustee is supported in this process by Troostwijk. At this time, third-party ownership claims are being settled to the greatest extent possible.
