All of the company’s products and services are suspended until further notice. Due to the bankruptcy, the trustee is required to immediately suspend the production of water ice at Dedert IJs BV until further notice. The trustee is currently investigating whether certain orders can still be fulfilled. If this is possible, you will be informed by the trustee.
The trustee is working towards a swift transfer of operations.
The trustee is exploring the possibility of transferring the operations of Dedert IJs BV (in whole or in part) in a short term. There is considerable and concrete interest in a restart (doorstart). The trustee aims to provide more clarity on this matter within approximately three weeks.

2. Suppliers (creditors)

You can upload relevant supporting documents, such as:
- An overview of outstanding invoices;
- The underlying agreement;
- Applicable general terms and conditions.
If you are asserting retention of title (retentierecht) or the right of reclamation (reclamerecht), please explicitly indicate this when submitting your claim. Currently, no third-party property will be used, as the business activities are suspended. Additionally, the court has imposed a cooling-off period (afkoelingsperiod). During this cooling-off period, you cannot retrieve any goods that belong to you and are located at the bankrupt company. We are currently in the process of mapping out the inventory positions and will get back to you as soon as we can.
3. Employees and Freelancers
Are you employed by Dedert IJs BV? As indicated during the staff meeting, the trustee is currently exploring options for a restart (doorstart). We understand that you may have many questions and want to stay informed. As promised, we will try to keep you updated on developments as much as possible, such as through the Q&A that has already been sent to you. 4. Potential restart candidates
The trustee is currently working on facilitating a restart (doorstart).
Several measures have been taken to facilitate a restart, including securing pre-financing for maintenance costs, implementing measures to preserve the production lines, and establishing a fully operational core team of approximately 40 key personnel from Dedert IJs BV (finance, HR, commercial, operations, quality, maintenance, and production). The primary goal of this core team is to preserve the company’s value (and assets) to the maximum extent possible despite the bankruptcy, with the ultimate objective of facilitating a successful restart of the business. A bidding process is currently being initiated for parties already known to the trustee who have expressed interest.
