The fact that the M&A practice is mainly focused on entrepreneurs fits in well with this. Because in mergers and acquisitions, legal content, personal dynamics and the need to negotiate come together. In this way, Mart helps clients realise their vision with his fast, practical and commercially strong solutions.
Mart obtained his bachelor’s degree in European Law at Radboud University and studied for six months at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. He obtained his master’s degree in corporate law cum laude at Radboud University. Mart has been with Boels Zanders since 2025.
