A good solution starts with listening. For Amber, every legal issue involves people, interests and, at times, emotions. Only by understanding what is really at stake can she provide advice that is not only legally sound, but also practical and effective. By listening carefully, analysing the facts thoroughly and considering the interests of all parties involved, Amber works towards solutions that fit both the organisation and the people behind it.
Amber studied Dutch Law at Maastricht University. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she obtained both a Master’s degree in Forensics, Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Labour Law, specialising in Labour and Health. Since 1 June 2026, she has been working at Boels Zanders, where she advises and represents healthcare organisations and businesses in the fields of employment and pensions, social security, and healthcare law.
