Keeping it hassle-free, effective and appropriate is how Daan achieves the best results for his clients. He mainly deals with corporate acquisitions and shareholder agreements. He also advises clients on general corporate law issues.

Daan studied law at VU Amsterdam, graduating with a master’s degree in Private Law. Working as a lawyer with a medium-sized law firm in Alkmaar, he gained experience in corporate law in general, developing a preference for mergers and acquisitions. Daan has been working at Boels Zanders since 2022.
