Eva believes that the best way to help clients is by joining forces. Cases are not always limited to a single area of expertise. That is why it is great to be able to work across departments with other specialists, each contributing their own strengths. This helps entrepreneurs and others who work hard for their businesses, or takes some of the pressure off them.
Eva achieves the best results for clients with creative solutions. This does not always have to result in legal proceedings. Even in the world of liability and insurance, where she provides support as a legal assistant, an amicable settlement is sometimes preferable. If legal proceedings do become necessary, clients can count on Eva to provide them with a pleading that will help them move forward.
Eva studied law at Tilburg University and, after her bachelor’s degree, spent a semester at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She completed her master’s degrees in Liability & Insurance and Private Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her studies, Eva worked as a court clerk at the Court of Appeal in Den Bosch. She has been working at Boels Zanders since 2025.
