The law is constantly changing, which is why Katja finds it important to keep abreast of developments so that she can best serve her clients. Moreover, every case is different, and every legal issue presents its own challenges. That means customisation, which Katja provides by delving into legally complex issues and thinking in terms of possibilities and solutions.
In this way, she strives for the best possible advocacy of her client’s interests and the best achievable result. This also involves managing expectations. Not every legally interesting option is the preferred route in a specific situation. There may be other interests at stake that make another route a better alternative.
Katja has been working at Boels Zanders since 2023. She focuses particularly on labor law, social security law, and health law. In 2024, Katja completed her Master’s degree in Law & Labor, specializing in Labor and Health, summa cum laude at Maastricht University.
