Respect and justice: these are the values from which Lotte advocates for the interests of her fellow human beings. She believes it is important to treat others the way she wishes to be treated herself. Whether she is advising, mediating, or negotiating the legal aspects of law, or the practical ones, Lotte is committed to fairness.
Lotte derives great joy from the creative thinking required to provide the best results for her clients. The variety of tasks and the collaboration with clients and colleagues, each requiring a different approach, also makes the profession so attractive to her. It was no coincidence that after exploring the corporate world, she concluded that her true ambitions lie in law.
Lotte completed her HBO Law degree at HAN University of Applied Sciences and then obtained her Pre-master in Law at Tilburg University. She is currently in the final phase of her Extended Master of Laws in Property and Insolvency Law & Contract and Liability Law. During internships and masterclasses, she gained experience in Insolvency Law at various law firms. Since 2024, Lotte has been working in the Insolvency and Restructuring specialization at Boels Zanders.
