Being able to think strategically and collaborate with all stakeholders and advisors: these skills are essential in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). To Milou, they are also the best aspects of the job. During an acquisition, she maintains an overview for her clients where others lose it. She advises and consults on legal, financial and strategic aspects.
Milou specialises in corporate acquisitions, legal mergers and demergers, shareholder relations and joint ventures. She also advises clients on general company law issues.
Milou studied at Maastricht University, where she obtained her master’s degree cum laude. In 2022, she successfully completed the M&A specialisation programme at the VU Law Academy. Milou has been a lawyer in Boels Zanders’ M&A expert group since 2017.
