Thom Beukers, Advocaat en Partner bij Boels Zanders

Tackling a problem and following through: that’s Thom. Sincere and authentic. He likes working with clients in different industries, with different views. He likes challenging a client with a contentious point of view. He likes the emotions revealed in cases and disputes and, of course, the legal juggling – keeping just one step ahead of the other side.

As a specialist in liability law, insurance law and civil procedural law, Thom litigates liability issues for Dutch and international clients. He focuses in particular on contractual liability, professional and corporate liability and complex compensation claims.

Thom studied at Radboud University in Nijmegen. He went on to obtain the diploma of the Grotius specialisation programme in Business and Liability. Thom joined Boels Zanders in 2008 and is a partner at our firm.
