Focused on substance, friendly in the relationship and always with humour. For Tom, this is the way he prefers to practise his profession. He loves working with clients and colleagues. Playing the litigation game. Searching for arguments with persuasiveness and writing effective court documents.

Helping others and not taking yourself too seriously. Just being normal, in the best sense of the word.
Tom specialises in insolvency law, restructuring and corporate law. For his clients, he advises and litigates on national and international insolvency and restructuring issues, financing and commercial disputes. He is also a tutor at The Law Firm School, where he teaches trainee lawyers.
