Flip primarily specializes in corporate and shareholder disputes. The Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal regularly appoints him as a court-appointed officer in shareholder disputes.
Flip studied Civil Law in Utrecht and Tax Law in Leiden. He later completed the Grotius specialization courses in Insolvency Law and Corporate & Business Law, as well as a specialization course in Financial Economics at Erasmus University. He also completed the Mediation program at the Centre for Conflict Management and regularly acts as a mediator in shareholder disputes.
Flip is a board member of the Corporate Litigation Association and serves as a deputy judge at the Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal. He is also affiliated as a lecturer with the CPO Grotius specialization program in Corporate Litigation and frequently publishes in his field (see below).
