UK-based Form3, a specialist in cloud-native technology for international payments, has received a strategic investment from Nationwide Building Society and an additional financing facility from funds managed by BlackRock. Boels Zanders advised Form3 on the Dutch aspects of this international transaction.

This strategic investment will strengthen Form3’s technological infrastructure and support its further international expansion. The company aims to accelerate growth and innovation, expand its presence in the United States, and deliver additional value to its users.
